With Financial Education from SISIP FS, participants acquire the tools to incorporate financial health principles in their daily decisions. What do CF members learn from SISIP FS Financial Education courses?

• The Personal Financial Management course teaches recruits and officer cadets, as part of the CF Basic Military Qualification program, how to manage their personal financial affairs. They become familiar with key financial management principles, such as using credit wisely and managing money with the help of a budget.

• The Leadership and Personal Finances course provides supervisors, enrolled in the CF Primary Leadership Qualifications program, with the tools to help resolve financial problems of their subordinates, by integrating the CF leadership principles.

• The Leadership and Financial Support course is delivered to senior supervisors enrolled in the CF Intermediate Leadership Qualifications program. Through guided group discussions, they learn how to prevent, identify, and help resolve financial problems of their subordinates by using resources available in the CF.
